This website is operated by Luminous Luxe Collective.
Through kristyreibel.com.au, Luminous Luxe Collective operates Luminous Luxe and Catch My Love (“we”, “us” or “our”).
Luminous Luxe is the creative house of Australian artist and author Kristy Reibel. Catch My Love is a separate branded world of books, keepsakes, gifts, apparel and other products operated through the same website and Shopify store.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of kristyreibel.com.au and any purchase made directly through this website.
By accessing the website, placing an order or purchasing a product or service from Luminous Luxe or Catch My Love, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked from the website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Products and Services
Luminous Luxe may offer original artwork, art and photography prints, digital editions, journals, Private Pages, books and novels, bags, lifestyle pieces, commissioned work and other creative releases.
Catch My Love may offer books, keepsakes, apparel, accessories, lifestyle products, gifts and other products or releases.
Some products may be produced on a made-to-order, print-on-demand or supplier-fulfilled basis after an order is placed.
We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, dimensions, sizing, materials, colours, finishes and images accurately.
Screen settings, lighting, printing, production methods and the character of handmade, individually produced or printed products may result in minor variations in colour, texture, placement or finish. These variations are not necessarily faults.
Availability, editions, formats, sizing, pricing and product details may change without notice. We may limit quantities, withdraw products or correct genuine errors in descriptions or pricing.
Orders and Payment
Orders placed directly through kristyreibel.com.au must be submitted through the website unless otherwise agreed in writing for a commission or private acquisition.
Full payment is required at checkout unless a written commission agreement or invoice provides otherwise. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order.
We may contact you if information is incomplete, a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error has occurred, fraud-prevention checks require clarification or we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded using the original payment method, subject to applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring that your selected product, size, colour, format, design, email address, billing information and delivery details are accurate before submitting payment.
Made-to-Order, Print-on-Demand and Supplier-Fulfilled Products
Some Luminous Luxe and Catch My Love products are manufactured only after an order is placed.
These may include apparel, bags, accessories, lifestyle products and other print-on-demand or made-to-order items.
Production may begin shortly after an order is submitted. Please review your product selection, sizing, colour, design and delivery details carefully before completing checkout.
Some products may be manufactured and dispatched directly to you by a trusted production, print-on-demand, dropshipping or fulfilment provider.
Where a purchase is made directly through kristyreibel.com.au, your order remains with us. If there is an issue with a product, please contact us directly rather than contacting the production or fulfilment provider unless we instruct you otherwise.
Cancellation, return and exchange conditions for made-to-order products are set out in our Refund Policy.
Commissions and Private Acquisitions
Commissioned artwork and privately arranged acquisitions may be governed by a separate written proposal, quote, invoice or commission agreement.
Where a specific written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the specific written agreement applies to that commission or acquisition.
Any deposit, approval process, production schedule, permitted revisions, cancellation terms, delivery arrangements and final payment requirements will be stated in the applicable written agreement.
Digital Products
Digital products are licensed, not sold, for the purchaser’s personal, non-commercial use unless a separate written licence expressly states otherwise.
You must not reproduce, share, upload, distribute, resell, sublicense, publish, modify for redistribution, commercially exploit or make a digital product available to another person.
You must not remove copyright, authorship, trademark or other proprietary notices.
Access instructions and download links must not be shared.
You are responsible for downloading and securely retaining your purchased files within any access period stated at the time of purchase.
Catch My Love Digital Gift Editions
Catch My Love Digital Gift Editions are specifically designed to be purchased and privately gifted to another person.
A purchaser may send one purchased Digital Gift Edition to one intended recipient for that recipient’s personal, non-commercial use.
A Digital Gift Edition must not be forwarded to additional recipients, publicly uploaded, reproduced for multiple people, resold, redistributed, commercially used or made available online. A separate purchase is required for each additional recipient.
Books and External Marketplaces
Some Luminous Luxe or Catch My Love books, journals, novels or other publications may be available through external retailers or marketplaces such as Amazon or Lulu.
Purchases completed through an external marketplace are transactions with that platform and are governed by the seller’s applicable checkout, payment, fulfilment and return terms.
Questions about those purchases should be directed through the platform shown on your receipt.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, photography, books, novels, Private Pages, journals, keepsake books, written content, digital products, designs, branding, graphics, images, video, audio and other creative material displayed or supplied through Luminous Luxe, Catch My Love or kristyreibel.com.au are owned by Kristy Reibel, Luminous Luxe Collective or used with permission and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Purchasing an original artwork, print, book, product or other physical item transfers ownership of that physical item only. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights or any other intellectual property rights.
Kristy Reibel retains the right to photograph, reproduce, publish, exhibit, distribute, license and create prints, editions or derivative works from original artwork unless otherwise agreed in a signed written document.
No website content, publication, design or purchased material may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, adapted, scraped or commercially used without prior written permission.
Content from this website or any Luminous Luxe or Catch My Love publication must not be used for text and data mining, dataset creation, machine-learning development, artificial-intelligence training or the generation of derivative content without prior written permission.
Website Use
You must not use this website for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful purpose; interfere with its security or operation; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorised access; impersonate another person; or infringe our rights or the rights of any third party.
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our brands, customers or rights.
Purchases by Minors
Catch My Love is an all-ages brand and some products or content may appeal to children and families.
Purchases, customer accounts and transactions through kristyreibel.com.au are intended to be completed by an adult or with appropriate adult involvement.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into the transaction or are doing so with appropriate adult authority.
Third-Party Services, Production Providers and Platforms
The website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, printing providers, print-on-demand suppliers, dropshipping or fulfilment providers, delivery providers and social platforms.
Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider’s terms and policies.
Third-party production and fulfilment providers may manufacture, package or dispatch products ordered through kristyreibel.com.au.
Where your purchase was made directly through our website, questions relating to your order should be directed to us.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, security or practices of third-party websites that we do not control.

Nothing in those policies or these Terms limits any consumer guarantee, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Availability and Unforeseen Events
We aim to keep the website, products and services available, accurate and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, natural events, production interruption, technology failure, industrial action, customs delay or supplier interruption.
Where reasonably possible, we will communicate any material issue affecting an order.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luminous Luxe Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a product or service.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, our liability will be limited, at our option, to supplying the relevant goods or services again, repairing or replacing the goods, or paying the reasonable cost of having the goods or services supplied again, repaired or replaced.
This section does not exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law where doing so would be unlawful.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Luminous Luxe Collective and Kristy Reibel against loss, liability, damage or reasonable expense arising directly from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of intellectual property rights, unauthorised use or distribution of purchased content, or breach of these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our brands, products, services, practices or legal obligations.

Changes apply from publication and do not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen.
Severability and Waiver
