Why the Luminous Luxe Journals Are Complete — And Why Private Pages Came Next
Share
There is a reason I no longer create new journals.
Not because I stopped loving them.
Not because I ran out of things to say.
If anything, the opposite happened.
I realised I had said what I wanted the collection to say.
And somewhere across eight or nine months of writing, creating and publishing the Luminous Luxe journals, something else happened too.
I changed inside the words as I was writing them.
I just didn’t completely realise it at the time.
The strange part is that the last edition I created was actually the first one I had imagined.
The Luxe Notebook.
A beautiful space with no prompts, no teaching, no structure telling a woman what to think next.
Just pages.
A place to write from herself.
But I didn’t begin there.
I began with black.
She Decides. The World Obeys.
At the time, that was where I was.
I was becoming increasingly aware of decision. Of what happened when I stopped treating every circumstance as something I had to answer to and began deciding what was true for me instead.
The language became clean.
Certain.
Final.
What I say — is.
And yet, while I was writing it, I knew something else.
Not every woman wanted to begin there.
Sometimes we meet ourselves through softer words first.
Sometimes we want to feel chosen.
Loved.
Enough.
Sometimes we are still reaching for something, assuming something new, learning what it feels like to stop earning love and begin allowing ourselves to be held by it.
And that is how Chosen. Loved. Enough. arrived.
Pink was softer.
Not weaker.
Softer.
It held the woman who was tired of proving.
The woman who wanted the emotional exhale of being loved without earning it.
Already chosen.
Already adored.
Already enough.
And then the writing moved again.
Because I moved.
I stopped needing so many instructions
Somewhere in the middle of all of this, I began seeing something differently.
I didn’t need to constantly work out how to make life happen.
I didn’t need another process every time something looked different from what I had chosen.
I didn’t need to keep checking.
I needed to know.
That became Clarity. Certainty. Depth.
Blue.
The still one.
The journal that says, in essence:
I already know.
There is something very different about certainty when it no longer requires an emotional high.
It is quieter.
You don’t have to wake up feeling magnificent every morning to know who you are.
You don’t have to interrogate every reflection.
You don’t have to keep asking whether something is working.
You have decided.
You know.
And you return to that knowing.
It was around here that I began understanding what the collection really was.
The words were not teaching me how to become someone.
They were bringing me back to the woman I had already decided to be.
Then I wanted to write from the life itself
Radiant Luxe came from another place entirely.
Yellow wasn’t about trying to get anywhere.
I wanted beautiful words about living.
Pleasure.
Presence.
Beauty.
Feeling incredible inside your own life.
Being immersed in the day you are already having rather than constantly turning your life into a project.
Radiant Luxe became warmth.
Glow.
The pleasure of beautiful surroundings.
The woman who is no longer asking whether she is allowed to enjoy herself quite this much.
She does.
Life feels good because that is how she lives it.
And then came green.
Overflow. Expansion. Prosperity.
I wanted to write about wealth, of course.
Most women want freedom with money.
But I didn’t want prosperity to mean a bank balance alone.
I wanted overflow everywhere.
Time.
Love.
Ideas.
Pleasure.
Opportunity.
Success.
Beautiful experiences.
The freedom of living without constantly measuring what is available to you.
More is normal.
Not because you are chasing more.
Because you live from overflow.
And eventually, I arrived at the first idea
Then I wrote the Luxe Notebook.
The one I had envisioned at the beginning.
And by the time I finally created it, I understood why it had needed to come last.
There was nothing left to teach.
Nothing to direct.
Nothing to fill in for her.
The Luxe Notebook is simply space.
No prompts.
No process.
No instruction.
Ideas.
Decisions.
Plans.
Strategy.
Private thoughts.
Things that arrive at two in the morning.
The life being written in real time.
It is space for the woman who no longer needs someone else telling her where to look.
And when I finished it, the collection felt complete.
Not because there could never be another beautiful journal.
I could keep creating them indefinitely.
But I didn’t want to.
Because at some point, another journal can become another thing to work through.
Another method.
Another place to search.
Another book you believe might finally contain the sentence that makes everything click.
And I no longer wanted to create from there.
Six editions. Not six steps.
Looking back, I can see an evolution through the collection because I was living an evolution while I wrote it.
But I never want the Luminous Luxe journals to become another staircase women think they need to climb.
Pink is not level one.
Black is not level two.
Blue is not something you earn after mastering black.
They are not stages.
They are facets of the same woman.
Pink removes the need to prove.
Black removes negotiation.
Blue removes questioning.
Yellow removes striving.
Green removes scarcity.
And Luxe gives her space.
Different days may call for different words.
Different women may enter through different colours.
The collection does not tell her where she should be.
It meets her where she already is.
Underneath all six editions, I eventually realised I had written the same thing again and again in different forms:
A return to herself.
Why Private Pages came next
I never wanted to make courses.
I didn’t want Luminous Luxe to become another place filled with lessons, modules and things women had to complete before they were finally allowed to feel whole.
But I still wanted to write.
I will probably always want to write beautiful words.
I wanted somewhere for the thoughts that didn’t need an entire journal.
Something intimate.
Immediate.
Easy to enter.
Something a woman could choose because those particular words met her exactly where she was that day.
That became Private Pages.
A Private Page is a contained piece of Luminous Luxe.
Not guidance.
Not fixing.
Not a program.
Not something you graduate from.
Something you open.
Feel.
Keep.
Return to.
The Life That Holds You.
This Life Is Mine.
My Life Responds to Me — Instantly.
I Am Loved.
I Am Wealth.
My Work Is In Demand.
This Is My LUXE Body.
It All Lands Here.
Unspoken Power.
Unmistakably Desired.
I Am Where It Happens.
The Noise Was Loud. My Life Still Held Me.
My Reality Responds Beautifully to Me.
Each one enters somewhere different.
Love.
Money.
Work.
The body.
Desire.
Certainty.
Noise.
Trust.
Life itself.
And there are more coming.
I am increasingly interested in writing around self-trust, awareness and that quieter relationship with ourselves where we stop looking outside ourselves for another answer.
Not because there is something else to master.
Because sometimes beautiful words help us come back to what we already knew before the noise got loud.
That is what I want Private Pages to remain.
Simple.
Beautiful.
Luxurious.
Accessible.
A place you return to because the words feel like yours.
The collection was never asking her to become
When I look at all six journals together now, I see something I could not have articulated when I began writing the first one.
They were never really about becoming.
They were about remembering.
Returning.
Deciding.
Knowing.
Living.
Expanding.
And eventually having enough trust in yourself to close the instruction manual entirely and write your own page.
That is why the journal collection is complete.
And it is why Private Pages came next.
The words are still coming.
They simply have more room to move now.
