Orders & Payments

All orders are placed exclusively through this website. Full payment is required at checkout. Accepted methods include credit card, PayPal, and any other options shown at checkout.

Shipping & Handling

Original artworks ship within Australia by default. International shipping is available upon request—please contact us with your destination and desired piece for a tailored quote. Shipping costs are determined by location and artwork size. Orders typically dispatch within 1–3 weeks. If we require confirmation from you (e.g., address details), dispatch may be delayed until we hear back—prompt replies keep everything smooth.

Refunds & Returns

Choose with intention. Each piece is described and measured precisely. Please ensure your selected size and finish suit your space before ordering.

Made-to-Order Products: Bags, Journals & Lifestyle Pieces

These items are produced on demand—crafted only when you decide. Because of this bespoke process, all sales are final once your order is placed. Please review sizes, colours, and designs carefully before confirming. Replacements are issued only in the rare case of a verified manufacturing defect or printing error. Contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll resolve it swiftly.

Prints

If your print arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the print. Once verified, we will replace the print at no cost.

Original Art

If an original piece arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days. Kristy will assess reparability. If repairable, the artwork will be restored and returned; if not, we’ll work with you on a suitable solution.

Materials

By purchasing, you acknowledge you have reviewed the materials and finishes shown on our site. Minor variations in colour or texture can occur between on-screen images and physical pieces.

Intellectual Property

All original artwork and creative content remain the sole property of Kristy Reibel. Kristy reserves the right to reproduce, distribute, and sell prints or derivative works of her originals for future collections, exhibitions, or promotions.
