It’s Okay to Stop.

It’s Okay to Stop.

Last week, I didn’t write a blog. I didn’t send out a Magnetic Drop. I didn’t paint new art or finish creating my new works being released soon.

Instead, I set up a huge party to celebrate my daughter turning ten.

But it was more than a birthday. It was a celebration of her life — a life that has defied every label, every prediction, and every limitation anyone ever tried to put on her.

She is living proof of what happens when you decide you’re not settling for a diagnosis or a story that doesn’t feel true. She is joy in motion. Her laughter fills every room. Her signature phrase — Catch my love — is her gift to the world, brightening days and reminding people what really matters.

So I took time off to celebrate her, and to celebrate me — the parent who kept going, even when it was hard, even when I was told “no,” even when I doubted myself.

And the funny part? The event, the whole birthday, what I put myself under so much pressure about turned out beautifully and perfectly.

My daughter is a ray of sunshine. I wish you could all feel her energy.

But since I can’t share her spirit through the screen, I’ll leave you with this instead:

Stop fighting the doubt. Stop fighting the fear. Stop fighting yourself.

Because that’s all we’re ever really doing, isn’t it? If you’re on this path of inner growth, you know exactly what I mean.

Take a step back.

It’s okay to stop.

It’s okay to reset.

It’s okay to let go of the thoughts that are trying to convince you you’re behind.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is pause — and say:

I don’t know…

I give up … here - Catch some love.
